At Craftsman Distillers, we create a wide range of high end, small batch, hand crafted spirits. All of our products are produced in a 300 gallon copper hybrid still built in Idaho. This hybrid still allows us to craft any type of distilled spirit we can dream up. Craftsman Spirits are found throughout The Valley where you find your favorite cocktails or at your local liquor store in 750ml bottles to take home with you.

We start with our Artisan Vodka before we infuse a complex blend of citrus peels. the Vodka rests on the blend until the prefect characters of each citrus fruit shines through. The beautifully orange tinted Vodka is not back sweetened. The integrated citrus flavor needs no added sugar making it perfect for easy cocktail additions that are lacking complex flavor structure.

We partner with a high quality specialty coffee roaster to produce the precise flavor profile that will blend with our Artisan Vodka. The result is an amazing combination of robust coffee, chocolate, and vanilla characters that is carefully sweetened to just the right level. Our Craftsman Hard Workin' Bourbon is a Whiskey for everyday drinking. It is great to celebrate all your hard working or nothing at all. This complex bourbon uses 5 different grains and is aged a minimum of 3 years in new mildly charred American oak barrels. The resulting flavor is full of pecan, spice, vanilla, and caramel with a touch of sweetness. Hard Workin' Bourbon is best enjoyed on the rocks, neat, or in your favorite bourbon cocktail.
